The above is a poorly-done video of a property for sale, shot two years ago. Not only was the agent (me!) poor, as the recording was completed 'off the cuff', as I discovered this wonderful new capability in my 'still shot' camera; the camera itself was very limited in a video-sense. However, it enlightened me as to where real estate marketing is heading over the forseeable future - and what I especially like is that it will play a significant part in reducing advertising costs for property sellers, yet increase the number of buyers who are tempted to 'check the property out'. Like everything in marketing though (and life), there are good things to do in making a 'Property For Sale' video....and bad things!
